Job Description:
Our Client has a customer experience measurement project which is improving capabilities related to customer experience metrics and measurement. The "main hub" which needs the integration with our Clients own systems is the Clients feedback management platform, which is based on Qualtrics SaaS solution. The project core team is in Finland and India.
Main responsibilities:
- Capture and elaborate business requirements for the solution
- Create solution architecture & design of the logical data flows
- Design of technical integrations
- Technical project management for technical design and development phases
- Coordination of the integrations with the identified systems
We expect you to have:
- Capability to capture business requirements and convert them into solution features and Functional/non-Functional requirements
- Solution and integration architecture & design skills & experience
- Capability to convert Functional/non-Functional requirements to technical solution
- Systems implementation/integration experience
- Integration project experience
- Capability to communicate logical architecture and requirements compliance with business stakeholders
- Capability to lead and drive technical integration (technical design and development) between the different systems
- Co-operative with the relevant stakeholders
- Problem solver and solution provider
- Experience in SaaS systems, CRM, Project management, reporting tools, Intranet, Service Now is advantage
- Technologies: Oracle EBS, Oracle BI, Service Now, REST API (in Qualtrics)
- English skills - ability to communicate with stakeholders (mails/phone calls/Skype meetings)
The role can be based part remotely from home with frequent trips required to Finland
