Description
Harvey Nash's Public Sector requires a Social and Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Edinburgh. This role will be an initial 6 month contract starting as soon as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to join a range of marketing campaigns, working on content creation, managing digital channels, taking ownership of campaign websites and offering advice to colleagues on how best to utilize digital.
Essential Skills:
. Previous experience in digital marketing
. Experience managing a range of projects
. Proven experience planning and running paid-for digital advertising campaigns (display and/or PPC)
. Search engine optimisation experience, from researching what the key terms are and implementing actions to improve traffic from organic sources
. Experience in social media strategy
. Website management experience via a content management system
. Skills in Google Analytics to assess website performance
. Extensive knowledge of social media monitoring and measurement tools/metrics
. Strong skills in digital content creation including video
. Able to create communication activity in line with required policy
. Relevant qualification in marketing
A driving license would also be beneficial, although not essential.
