Customer Care Agent (German)
A Global leader in IT security and information management, our client boasts a top class large Global workforce and equally impressive client base.
They require a fluent German, Customer Care Agent with at least 1 year's customer service experience and an interest in the Software and Technology industry to join. Initially on a 6-month contract, providing a high quality of the service and Customers and Partners success.
An established large employer in Dublin 15, they offer a top class working environment and very collaborative approach, which delivers success.

The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience, within a customer support environment.
- An interest and some knowledge of the Software and Technology industry.
- Efficiently manage time, resolve issues and multitask.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in German and English.
- Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
The Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Customers and Partners issues and enquires.
- Respond to customer calls, web cases, emails and chats as efficiently as possible.
- Oversee Revenue growth and Customer Retention by working on assigned lead generation tasks, and customer onboarding responsibilities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, continually supporting customers.
- Deliver an exceptional service and continually search for ways to improve processes and deliver. additional value to the customer.
- Assist in a positive and productive team environment.
