Description
Our client, a leading B2B media company based in London are currently recruiting for an Interim Events Executive on a contract basis to support the events marketing team.
Requirements
- Work closely with Event Producers to translate briefs and develop dynamic marketing strategies that deliver relevant target audiences
- Be able to work strategically and tactically in order to meet financial targets
- Liaising with sponsors to ensure they are fully prepared and supported pre-event and ensure their contract is fully delivered on-site while support the sales team
- Create dynamic marketing campaigns across all available channels including DM, social, brand websites, newsletters, communities
- Internal and external processes are integral, while suggestions on potential improvements will be encouraged
- Ownership of events from start to delivery; venue sourcing, supplier negotiation, technical knowledge, schedules and overall planning
On-site team management to deliver fantastic and engaging attendee experience
