IT Business Analyst - Data Benchmarking wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Profound experience ein Data Bechmarking is a must
- Excellent SQL skills is a must
- Several years of experience in specifying requirements using Use Cases and UML or other modelling techniques
- Ability to prepare documents for workshops / meetings with business stakeholders and moderate discussions
- Very good Microsoft Office application skills like Excel, Access,
- Solid background in eliciting requirements and translating business requirements into functional IT specification for business and IT teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset with excellent conceptual thinking and ability to identify dependencies
- Experience in Credit Risk and BCBS would be a plus
- Enterprise Architecture experience would be a plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
Your tasks:
- Directing benchmark and impact assessments of newly implemented components to existing solutions
- Determining required IT business solutions and assisting in implementing them
- Conducting requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and directing stakeholder interviews
- Assisting the business engineer by describing the business processes including the organizational structures involved
- Supporting quality control and project management as well as identifying people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
