Description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team working with an EU agency in the historic city of Strasbourg, seat of the European Parliament and home to many prestigious EU agencies.

Working under our contract with eu-LISA, you will help our client accomplish their mission of supporting EU member states secure their borders and control immigration.

Tasks will include:

  • Requirements analysis;
  • Registration and review of requests for changes;
  • Progress reporting;
  • Definition of statistics and SLA reporting;
  • Definition of KPI's and KPI reporting;
  • Coordination of daily management activities;
  • Takes escalations from Change Coordinator and handles them accordingly.

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise level IT environments, including minimum 3 years of Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience;
  • Experience with IT development life cycle implementation;
  • Good understanding of security concepts;
  • Excellent English;
  • EU citizen, eligible for the EU-SECRET Security Clearance;
  • Knowledge or experience with HP Service Manager (v9) or similar is an asset.

This position is offered as a long term freelance contract or as an employment contract (CDD/CDI).

The successful candidate should be able to start ASAP.
