The Role

An opportunity has become available for you to join our Customer Assistance Team. You will be required to build rapport through effective conversations with customers. This will be obtained through the use of strong questioning and listening skills in order to fully understand the customer's financial and personal circumstances (where applicable). Your main duties include establishing the most appropriate repayment solutions for our customers, exploring options to rehabilitate delinquent accounts to prevent them falling further behind into arrears whilst identifying the need for specialist assistance where appropriate.

  • Essential: previous call centre experience
  • Preferred: previous collections experience

Pay:

  • £9.62 per hour for shifts starting between 8am and 11.00am
  • £10.58 per hour for shifts starting after 11am

Working Hours: Earliest start time: 8am Latest finish time: (Mon- Thurs 9pm), (Friday 6pm), (Saturday 1pm) 35 hour a week rotating shift pattern over 6 days Monday - Saturday. The rota includes working one Saturday in three.

Please note: Any successful candidates will need to consent to a background screening check being completed prior to starting the assignment.
