Description

Job duties:

- Administer the process of Data Licensing
- Maintain the Data Licensing process on an ongoing basis
- Update progress to management
- Monitor and maintain competitor and restrictions lists using internal resources daily
- IIS product notification agent for EMEA (making IIS clients aware when changes have been made or are going to be made to the product plus any other general announcements to the user base)
- Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required to fulfil the needs of the business

Requirements for the role

Competencies:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Good organisational skills
- Tenacious and precise

Knowledge and Experience:

- A strong background in the field
- Good general knowledge of the financial services industry (Preferable)
- A good understanding of the importance of a strong risk and compliance environment (Desirable)
- An understanding of market data
- Exposure to a sales environment
