Recruitment Administrator

Manchester

6 MONTH CONTRACT

Our high profile Banking client currently has an opportunity for Recruitment Administrator to work in their offices based in Manchester.

Key Skills:

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential issues
  • Position requires poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization, mindful of the culture and diversity of the audience
  • Must be familiar with and be able to use personal computers, data storing, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
  • The candidate should have analytical skills and excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills

Responsibilities:

To provide administrative support to the CIO and CTS Leadership team:

  • This may include, but will not be limited to, diary management; scheduling meetings; booking meeting rooms; coordinating travel arrangements including booking travel tickets and settlement of related expenses; maintenance and ordering of office supplies.
  • Able to compose correspondence, memoranda and may be required to produce reports and presentation materials, organize events, seminars or coordinate resources for small projects.
  • The role may also require the regular use of business or technical vocabulary coupled with sound knowledge of organizational operations, procedures and staff.
  • Will screen telephone calls and may be expected to apply independent judgment when resolving routine enquiries.
  • This role will include meeting administration and support including organisation and minute taking and distribution on minutes
  • Will ensure dissemination of materials with relevance to the Leadership Team, support preparation of papers for meetings
  • The role may coordinate the recruitment process including on-boarding as appropriate
  • Supporting the CTS leadership team on the budgets and re-forecasting process
