IT Business Analyst - Regulatory MIFID II wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Several years' experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial sector
  • Experience in MIFIID II, specially in:
    • Mifid Transcation reporting / processing
    • Pre and post trade transparency
    • Record tracking keeping
  • Experience in FinFrag would be a big plus
  • Profound stakeholder management skills, able to interact between IT and Business
  • Extensive knowledge in working large complex projects
  • Experience in large scale international banks would be a big plus
  • Good knowledge of OTC Derivatives would be an advantage
  • Experience interpreting a set of technical requirements
  • Good grasp of the software development lifecycle
  • Profound analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • Good general technical / IT knowledge
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German will be an advantage


Your tasks:
  • Identifying required IT business solutions and assisting in implementing them
  • Performing requirements-gathering activities like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
  • Supporting the responsible business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
  • Assisting in quality control and project management
  • Identifying people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
