IT Transformation Leader - LATAM - BSS Telecom Project
- Experience managing enterprise systems implementation
- Knowledge about Telco processes
- Manage direct communication with both Top Management and project teams
- Ability to identify risks early and present proposals in order to mitigate risks
- Ensure adequate tracking and communication of program governance (progress/risks/decisions required)
- Ability to influence decisions
- Manage vendor relationship during project execution and transition to operations to "as a service" model
- Responsible for managing the business transformation program in the country
- Ensure program delivery in time/budget and quality
