Materials Planner/Buyer

What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for the planning & maintenance of the top level commercial material plan, which will include engineering change management, including Matrix and movex changes.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Order Management - Process control
+ Review of the material plan and allocation of Customer Orders
+ Generation and distribution of Pick Lists to the export despatch function
+ Shortage management and review.
+ KPI management for back orders and delivery completeness.
+ Generate quality system Log Books - Device History Records (eg XVI)
+ Commercial Planning Focus
+ To ensure that all the assigned commercial parts are planned, ordered and delivered to meet customer demands.
+ Responsible for the material plan and feedback to the Commercial Order Desk
+ Maintain and execute the plan as a result of the MOPS review.
+ Manage inter PSC stock movements to meet customer Demand
What skills & experience will I need?
+ Experience of working within operations
+ Good knowledge of manufacturing engineering, purchasing & logistics
+ The ability to adapt to change & work well under pressure
+ Self-starting individual with the ability to multi-task
