Solution Architect - 3 months - Arnhem/Remote

My client currently has an urgent 3 month contract opportunity for a Solution Architect to be based in Arnhem or remotely.

The chosen candidate will be need to have availability to start from the 10th of April as well as relevant to the job specification detailed below:

Job Role:

The purpose of the Application & Partner Integration (A&PI) Solution Architect role is to deliver integration projects/changes for the global B2B and A2A Integration services for the client in the most effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development Process Design and Implementation
  • Business cases, project charters and project plans
  • Portfolio Management
  • Business Process Analysis
  • Project status, risks and issues evaluation

Job Requirements:

  • Education and skills on academic level
  • Knowledge of ITIL and vendor management processes
  • Knowledge of project/program management methodologies
  • Service level management, project management and/or consulting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills are required.
  • Experience in documenting, designing, developing, and troubleshooting complex integrations is required.
  • General managerial, presentation and communicative skills are required
  • Project management skills are required
  • Vendor relation management skills are required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience developing within the WebMethods or SAP PI is required.
  • Java or .NET programming experience is required.
  • Knowledge of EDIFACT and or ANSI X12 is required.
  • Working knowledge of various document/messaging standards such as xCBL, cXML, RosettaNet, CIDX, iDoc, is required
  • Experience with Internet standards (AS2, FTP, SFTP, SSL, HTTP(S), CIDX) is required.
  • SAP integration experience is required.
  • Enabling/configuring iDocs in SAP is a plus
  • Working knowledge of at least one standard business models/scenarios (eg OTC, PTP, VMI, eLogistics, etc) is required.
  • Deep understanding of the integration technology space and additional functions and tools that are available on the market is preferred.
