Finance Operations Lead: Travel & Expenses, Economics
My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to join their ever expanding shared service centre based in Prague. This is an excellent chance to head up the Travel & Expenses Team within an enterprise pharmaceutical organisation.
The Finance Operations Lead is responsible for the service delivery of Travel & Expense activities across countries established in the Travel & Expense Global. This role is ensuring the oversight of processes and that systems, documentation, compliance and reporting are in place to deliver high quality services. The position also requires a strong continuous improvement mindset and leadership to support the establishment of a standardized and best in class Travel & Expense process Global Service Centre.
Requirements for the role are as follows:
Requirements (mandatory - "must-have"):
* University level degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
* 5+ years management level experience in a global corporate environment ideally in Travel & Expense Process, Customer Service, other Shared Services
* Project management skills with focus on driving process performance
* Strong continuous improvement mindset
* Excellent communication skills, is able to engage and influence beyond FRA community and to drive operational excellence
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, Matrix organization
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* High cultural awareness to be able to manage, inspire and lead diverse teams
* Inclusive, proactive, result-oriented and customer-focused attitude
Requirements (optional - "nice-to-have"):
* MBA is a plus
* Lean/Six Sigma Certified preferred
* Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
* 2nd language is of advantage
