IBM Unica Campaign Build Consultant wanted for a global travel company based in Bedfordshire. My client are a hugely renowned global travel company and they are looking for a IBM Unica Campaign Build consultant to come on board their exciting digital Campaigns team. Reporting into the Campaign Planning Manager you will assist with building and planning campaigns in IBM Unica Campaign.
About the IBM Unica Campaign Build Consultant role:
- Supplying of accurate customer data for a variety of customer communications and initiatives.
- Work with senior stakeholders from across the business, picking up data briefs, assessing requirements and building campaigns within IBM Unica Campaign
- Owning the end-to-end process, feeding back suggestions to stakeholders for campaign optimisation and become an expert in underlying data
- Working closely with the Customer Data & Analytics teams to define new segments, models and data feeds/attributes
- Building in IBM Unica Campaign, testing, speaking and liaison with the business generally, checking BAU is going out, picking up new project briefs
About you
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Must have experience with IBM Unica Campaign
- Proven background in Data Planning
- Experience in multi-channel campaign planning
- Sound knowledge and experience of using SQL to at least an intermediate level
- Strong Stakeholder Management/Communication skills at all levels
