MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant - Amsterdam
We are currently looking for an excellent Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to work on a long-term contract opportunity for a Multi-National company based in Amsterdam. You will be involved in the design, development and support of an MS Dynamics CRM solution. Together with you team you will be involved in projects, migration and support the branches worldwide. Our client is working in an Agile way of working and you will be part of a scrum team.
Responsibilities:
- Run workshops
- Gathering requirements from users/stakeholders and creating functional specifications
- Functional Design
- Functional/User Acceptance testing
- Work together with the technical development team to implement the solution.
- Functional User Support Post go-live
Experience required:
- Previous experience of implementing MS Dynamics CRM as a functional consultant
- Client facing skills to extract requirements and engage stakeholders
- Experience in working in a large corporate environment
