Description

Sales operations Analyst

Provide effective execution and support of the end to end sales cycle processes including:
o capture, entry and organisation of customer information
o updating sales opportunity data
o maintaining records and documentation
Compiling data for reports & analysis of data
Coordinating and prioritising work via pre-defined processes
Ensure that both transactional and aggregated data are timely, accurate, organised and accessible and meet the needs of internal sales management, sales reps and other internal stakeholders
Develop specific and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators, sales productivity, and/or business goal attainment
Ensure recorded transactions and customer information is appropriately secure in accordance with local legal compliance and HP policy requirements
Provide knowledge expertise to HP's wider operations community to optimize, simplify, and standardize the use of customer and sales data for decision making.
Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of moderately complex business issues
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action

Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 2 Years Sales Operations Experience
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Good knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and lookup functions
Good organizational and administration skills
Attention to detail and good analysis skills
Ability to work independently to determine appropriate action
Ability to work as part of a diverse team both in terms of roles and geography to achieve success
