Your tasks:
- Acting as project lead for drug development teams
- Taking accountability for all project management aspects and working effectively and closely with the project leader
- Accurate and timely communication and reporting of project progress, risks, issues to enable decision making
- Ensuring consistency of project planning from exploratory through to confirmatory development
- Effectively managing the project budget to ensure timely and coherent forecasting of project requirements
Your qualifications
- Scientific degree (MSc., MBA, PM)
- Very good knowledge of the drug development process
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Project management certification
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
