IT Alliance are a provider of IT managed services to organisations around Ireland and the UK.
You will be working as part of IT Alliance managed service team into a global software and IT vendor based in South County Dublin.
The role of Contract Management Co-ordinator is responsible for the following:

Maintenance of On-Boarding SLA

All Data should be checked and validated before starting the on-boarding SLA (Credit Services stage of the on-boarding)

Where on-boarding are outside SLA, evidence of chasing emails and conversations should be retained

Good attendance and time keeping
-
All Training requests should be adhered to
-
Ad -Hoc projects for each team member

Accurate and timely reporting when required

Participate in additional P&F initiatives as requested

AD Hoc Requests
-
Provide cover for other roles as requested (within acceptable workload constraints)

Queries & Run Management - Acknowledgement within 24 hours
You are required to have the following experience:
-
Minimum 3 years demonstrated work experience in an operations environment including, account management, customer service, business operations, licensing, supply chain management or logistics

BA/BS or equivalent required

Demonstrated excellence in customer service/credit analysis and/or account management
-
General knowledge of international business and a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity required

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-
Ability to develop and execute creative solutions
-
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience and interpersonal skills
-
Must be highly self-motivated
Languages: excellent command of English fluency and another language.
This is a 3 month contract role offering a pro rata salary of 29,000.
