Contract Comms Planner - Global Media Planning Agency - 1-3 Months - per day

The Job

This is a unique contract opportunity for the right candidate to join as a comms planner on a small and passionate team at a leading agency.

They are fast approaching a crucial planning stage on an important campaign for a global FMCG client.

You will be working closely with the Global Strategy Director across all media channels.

For this client, they want someone who is both analytical & creative, someone who has the ability to hit the ground running and be highly adaptable.

You

Looking for a confident and ambitious comms planner.

You should have relevant experience as a media planner or 3-5 years' account management experience in a similar role.

Previous FMCG experience is advantageous.

International campaign exposure will also be beneficial.

You should have a broad knowledge of both offline and online media channels. Experience in campaign evaluation, audience profiling and channel planning as well as any detailed channel knowledge is an advantage as the client is heavily guided by customer segmentation.

Strong communication skills are essential as the client operates in a very specific way and will require an open mind to bring yourself up to pace as quickly as possible.

You will need to have used the major media monitoring systems, online and offline. You should be comfortable using these to deliver high quality market-based projects, showing initiative and proactivity.

You should have a natural curiosity for media, advertising and consumers and always be looking for how to do things differently and better.
