IT / Systems Trainer / Coach - Call Centre - Systems & Behavioural Training
Milton Keynes - 6 months - £450/day
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainer / Coach with specific experience in call centres / contact centres to join a company in Milton Keynes.
The successful Trainer / Coach must have the following experience:
*Experience in both behavioural and systems training
*Writing and delivering training for front line call centres
*Experience in blended learning and acceleration training techniques
*Reviewing existing training and tailoring for a new 3rd party
*Experience of delivering training to 3rd party outsourced solutions
*Experience overseeing 3rd party trainers and training the trainer in anything required
*Experience in a highly regulated industry is beneficial
