Our client, based Central Edinburgh, are looking for a Sales Consultant/Business Development Consultant to join a new sales team. This role is an initial 3 month contract on a daily rate basis. The daily rate will be dependent on skills and experience. The business has been operating for over 20 years now and they provide a number of digital and online services to clients across the UK and International markets.
Reporting into the Head of Division, you will be responsible for selling the services of the business to an expanded market.
Key duties will include:
* Providing sales solutions and demonstrating the clients portfolio to clients and potential clients
* Generate revenue and active pipeline sales leads
* Develop existing business across existing clients
* Achieve targets and SLA's defined by both the client and the organisation
* Assisting in any marketing campaigns
* Manage a client portfolio
* Provide reporting to the client
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
* Experience in a similar sales role, ideally B2B
* Proven experience in sourcing and developing new and existing clients
* Experience in managing a customer base
* Knowledge of IT or digital products would be an advantage
