IT Business Analyst/Beerse, Belgium/8 Months Contract/52 to 66 EUR (Per Hour)
Johnson & Johnson are looking for an IT business analyst for managing delivery of digital pilot solutions in the innovation space. These solutions are used to improve the initiation and conduct of clinical trials and can be scaled up for use in the broader GCDO organization.
The analyst will support the delivery of the digital portfolio by connecting with the business stakeholders and vendors to determine the needs and ensure compliancy (J&J as well as external). The analyst will be responsible for maintaining the documentation related to each delivery and follow up with the vendor and business on IT deliverables (SDLC, DARM, DNS push, SSL).The analyst will also follow up with internal IT, business and vendor stakeholders regarding incidents resolution and prevention, collaborate with the business on new requirements/enhancements and maintain all related documentation up to date.
He/she needs to have the following skill set:
Strong communicator: be able to communicate with the business in a global setting. Communicate about the solution on a non-technical level.
Fast learner: the analyst will have a short amount of time to understand the clinical space and related IT processes.
Independent working skills.
Strong documentation skills: maintain clear system documentation in a structured way.
Strong analytical skills.
Be able to translate the business needs in IT requirements and clearly define impact on the systems.
Have a solid understanding of operating in a GxP/GCP setting.
Having experience with Clinical trials is a big plus.
Project Management skills for small projects.
Be focused on innovative technologies.
Experience in the mobile projects is a plus.
