CRM Business Analyst/SAP CRM/Dynamics/Siebel/Salesforce - Manchester - 6-month contract - Market rates.We are looking for a senior business analyst who can contribute at a programme level, supporting the impact analysis and business prioritisation of potential changes, and communicating and clarifying business requirements to our System Integrator (SI) partner.In the development cycle, this role will act as the Agile scrum master, running the regular management routines and other disciplines alongside the SI Project Manager and Functional Leads.
The ideal candidate will be a strong character, capable of leading workshops to broker agreements between and drive conclusions with the different country organisations. The candidate will need to be able to operate independently, defining their own plan of action and operating to this.Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial.
