I am currently looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator, based in Dublin to join my clients leading global Health Care Business. The role is initially a 12 Month contract, but a great opportunity with the organisation. The role requirements are as follows, but ideal candidates will have experience with marketing plans, pricing, bids and tenders, from a background in medical or large global organisations, with a business/marketing qualification.

Key Responsibilities

*Preparation and communication of group marketing plans taking input from UK & Ireland regional plans
*Management of group pricing; coordinating pricing decision inputs and discussions; oversight of pricing. (Pricing implementation and Quotations is supported by another role)
*Bid preparation
*Preparation of tenders and PCRS reimbursement applications
*Compilation of management information and reports
*Compilation of sales data sets for HSE tender compliance reporting
*Sales responsibility for Auscultation range (€125k plan)
*Support sales team and customers through timely response to their requests for prices, quotations, samples and technical information.
*Support distribution channels with product catalogues, marketing material, and pricing including quarterly training programmes
*Localise and implement marketing plan for New Product Introductions
*Update digital content platforms and repositories as part of digital strategy
*Liaise with appropriate UK marketing/technical personnel.
*Control & monitor local marketing budget.
*Manage event calendar planning
*Maximise digital marketing impact with a focus on eLearning platform
*Support sales effectiveness, market development, KOL involvement, inside sales, primary care and attend regional conferences

*Business/Marketing qualification essential.
