Description
Responsibility
- Work for Poland POPC/FTTX/NBN projects, take the responsibility of the high level design, define and lead technical standard with Operator and government organizer. As a technical consult to support define strategy of acceptance standard and procedure with Operator and Subcontractor.
- Understand SOW of POPC/FTTX/NBN requirements, output or be involved to output project delivery plan, technical solution and project acceptance procedure.
- Support project manager to manage project cost, schedule and quality.
- In charge of management and communication with related customer and subcontractor, enhance customer satisfaction and promote the market consolidation and development
Skill Requirements
Have good understanding on Optical and Copper Network solution business and technical architecture, fully understand and master all relevant technical knowledge of site infrastructure layer, and have strong experiences and being considered as senior expert in one or more of the technical domains in Optical and Copper Network solution, including POPC, FTTX, Copper, etc.
More detailed requirements in each technical domain as below:
- Be familiar with Optical Distribution Network engineering design standards and specifications, relevant products and elements knowledge, various planning & design tools, permit process.
- Be familiar with optical access network, with knowledge and experience of OSP construction.
- Be good at communication coordination external and internal relationship with government organizer and main fixed network operator, and good at finding and solving problems.
- Have the experience of end-to-end architectural design of Optical/Copper Network.
- Understanding or familiar with relevant network construction tools in the market.
Project Experience and Ability Requirements
- As a Solution Architect, engaged/led a number of medium/large projects to build optical or copper network for customers, have the experience of end-to-end architectural design of Optical/Copper Network.
- As a Solution Architect, involved in or led Optical/Copper Network construction or reconstruction projects, hands-on experience in dependency analysis for customer Legacy network, and design To-Be architecture accordingly for network consolidation; Understanding or familiar with relevant network migration tools in the market.
- Optical/Copper Network project delivery in Poland is preferred.
Basic Requirements
- More than 10 years' work experience in correlative area.
- Bachelor's degree or above, master degree is preferred.
- Good listening, speaking, reading and writing ability in English.
- Willing to travel on business purpose.
