Commercial Support Financial Analyst/Beerse, Belgium/7 Months Contract/45 to 57 EUR (Per Hour)
The Role
Working for and supporting the local Commercial Organization of the BENELUX, the Commercial Support Analyst/Senior Analyst will support the local Business Unit Finance team in the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated stakeholders.
Process responsibilities:
Responsibilities in this role are to ensure support in the areas of forecasting planning and reporting and periodic closing within a given cluster. The areas covered are often complex in nature and require process expertise, in depth knowledge of worldwide procedures and detailed understanding of each area.
Areas include:
Supporting the local Finance Director and BUF managers in all elements of Forecasting planning and closing activities
Liaise with regional BU COE team in the preparation of management reporting & performance analytics
Liaise with the regional GS Center during the period end closing to ensure all inputs for Bravo and Lynx reporting are timely and correct submitted
Being a true Business partner for the different functions XYZ by managing their budget and analyses during the quarterly closings and regular budget updates.
Consolidate the total BENELUX Headcount for actual reporting and for the different budget cycles.
Manage the intercompany cross-charges to the Global teams.
Provide support for ad hoc projects within BENELUX Business Unit Finance team.
Assist the Local BUF Manager in the documentation required to meet the SOX compliance guidelines and maintaining of local SOPs.
Assist in the roll out of SLA's to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Analyst level: Minimum Bachelor's Degree Qualification
Senior Analyst level: Minimum Bachelor's Degree qualification, with a financial certification in (Country specific-CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent Masters Degree,) with significant post qualified financial experience.
Languages:
Fluent spoken and written English & local Country language(s) essential
Experience Required:
Senior analyst: 2-3 years of experience, preferable within J&J
In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, compliance
Knowledge of SAP, Excel, FiT BW and other J&J systems
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required
