Description
Change Manager Senior (ServiceNow) with profound OCM knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher academic degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in leading or mentoring, preferably in a client-facing environment
- Proven teamwork and leadership skills on international level
- Experience with IT Service Management Solutions such as ServiceNow is preferred
- Experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Position will require cross continental travelling
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Coordinating the Organisational Change Management
- Globally leading strategic and tactical change management, training management, employee engagement
- Delivering strategic consultancy for change management and user adoption of ServiceNow
- Managing and providing oversight to different teams to form an appropriate and cohesive OCM organisation for the project
- Identifying change management and user adoption related business issues/risks and recommending options and plans to senior management
- Monitoring implementation and adoption of OCM guidelines and standards across multiple work streams within the project
