Description
T4S are currently partnering with one of the largest FMCG groups who are currently seeking ITIL certified process coordinators to help on a number of different projects. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the respective ITIL process as well as verifying quality of the process and service improvements.
You will need the following requirements/skills:
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL (ITIL V3 CERTIFIED)
- Expertise in process transition/project management/business analytics/measurement systems
- ITSM & ISMS implementation
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational skills
- you will also need to speak C1/C2 FRENCH
