Resource Manager - Stakeholder Management - Excel - Scheduling - Subcontractors
A Resource Manager with very strong Stakeholder Management, Excel and Scheduling experience for the next 6 months based in Bristol.
£200-£250 Per Day
6 months Contract

The client is an up and coming cutting edge firm with a number of new clients and projects meaning they require a Resource Manager to come on board and work within the projects team supporting them. You will need to have good stakeholder management skills, be organised and clear in your communications, resolve resource conflicts (internal and external) with the ability to recognise and mitigate risks within the scheduling delivery programme. This includes acquiring new external resources and coordinating the efforts of third-party contractors in order to support the successful delivery of customer projects. You will be able to build upon relationships and engage external resources in order to build upon the partnerships developed with the existing subcontractor resource pool. Also you will need to have solid experience of managing stakeholders and ideally come from a delivery or procurement background within the technology industry.
Key delivery and stakeholder management experience must include:
- Evidence of strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to demonstrate where these skills have been used to resolve conflicts
- Ability to work as a team player
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to interact on all levels within the company
- Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
- Experience of working within a customer focus environment
