Your Skills
- Sitecor Roll-Out CPD with 3/5 years of experience.
- Professional skills: Knowledge in Project Management. Effective dialogue with the team. Teamwork, excellent social skills, intellectual flexibility. Appropriate communication, autonomy, solidarity.
Technical skills:
- Experience managing SiteCore or other Content Management System (CMS) deployment projects.
- Delivery of web-based projects (which have been developed around a content management system).
- On-going client relationship management experience.
- Past experience in gathering clients requirements and delivering concise specifications.
- Experience in solution design (wireframing etc).
- Clear capacity to create and manage project plans and schedules.
- Ability to meet budget constraints and delivery deadlines.
- Agile methodology knowledge.
- Monitoring Tools (Selenium, Iplabel, Keynote, etc.).
- Systems integration ETL, Web service (REST, SOAP), Batch, EDI, SFTP.
- SAP implementation and/or support experience is a plus.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Analytics - Google Analytics Premium, Omniture, Coremetrics, GWMT.
- SEO best practice and follow up.
- Cross-Browser testing/functionality.
- Ticketing tools, JIRA, Mantis.
- Microsoft Office applications -- Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Visio and Project.
Your Tasks
- The Sitecore project manager will be responsible of the implementation, for a dedicated list of brands, of projects in Western and Eastern Europe, Africa and in the Middle East.
- Close working relationships with business partners, external strategic partners, hub IT teams, and the Digital EMEA IT Director.
- Rollout project management.
- Roadmap definition and updates.
- Rollout Methodology definition (Tools, best practice, localization kit.).
- Rollout budget management, SOW management, and cost model definition.
- Regular communication, Steering committee setup.
- Countries Demand management (estimates, business facing).
- Support Change management.
- Technical Expertise on the chosen solutions.
- Anticipate and adjust the right organization, internal or external to address the domain and projects.
- Evidence of a Master's degree in Information Management or equivalent in Business School.
