We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join and reinforce the "Branch & CRM" team within the Distribution,
Intelligence & Sales Platforms department.
The application portfolio of the Team is very varied and contains in particular some key applications of the client:
* Campaign
* Suspend
* Caddy
* Signing, MultiSigning
* Phone Banking
*
* MultiChannel CRM
* Event Management Tool
As part of the implementation of the Digital 360-Pillar 2 strategy, we are in charge of the implementation of the Stream Omnichannel.
The aim is to allow customers to communicate with the bank via Chat & Video, automate responses to customers, record all audio, email, chat and video conversations about investments, ...
To enable this, we will have to install a solution for all the clients employees (Unified Collaboration & Communication)
The desired Functional Analyst will work on some important blocks of this digital strategy 360.
The mission of the AF will be to help:
- The realization of this project DS360-Pillar 2 in accordance with the scope, timing, budget agreed and to the excellent quality expected.
- Coordination with the various stakeholders
- Reporting of the progress of the activities, issues, problems and optimized presentation of results to TM and PL
You realize this in close collaboration with your business correspondents. We expect you, as the central interlocutor within IT, to make a constructive contribution to the cross-functional Business and IT process.
You are also familiar with the clients Project Methodology and the tools and use them as a guideline in your daily activities.
