Tangent International are recruiting a Pharmaceutical Sales Trainer for a 1 year extendable contract based in Surrey.Experience:
Pharmaceutical sales experience in training, learning and development, ideally with a multinational company.
Experience of working within a complex, Matrix environment
Strong communication, facilitation and training delivery skills
Supplier management and working with 3rd parties.
Purpose of the role
To assist in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of selling skills and product related training across a range of brands and Business Franchise areas. The scope of the role will include training of new starters as well as on-going training for field-based staff. Approximately 50% of time will be spent delivering training. Working closely with the Learning & Development Managers and a broad cross-functional team (eg sales, marketing, medical etc.) this role will help to ensure our Associates have the right level of skill, knowledge and behaviour to maximise business opportunities.
