Description:
The role of the Process Security Compliance Specialist is to contribute the required expertise to coordinate the successful implementation of the project across the Organization. The objective of this mission is to ensure that the team will get the capacity to actively contribute to the IS027001 Certification and reach the Service Continuity objectives, ISO 27001, Perform gap analysis for the organization (AsIs - ToBe: how far are we from the 27001 pre-requisites), Formalize Services, applications inventory review and updates, applications classification (security and continuity), Risk management analysis, definition and construction, Map, define, formalize and follow-up on operational processes/procedures, Identify and measure key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency, Identify and support process improvement opportunities, Develop, implement and maintain a performance measurement and reporting system, Promote a process-based, customer-focused and performance-driven culture throughout the organization, Prepare, coordinate and follow up Internal Quality Audit Plan and external audits, Build security improvement Plan, Support Awareness programs
University degree in Computer Science or strong equivalent work experience, 10 to 15 years in IT, Proven experience in Operational Processes; flows, control point identification and review, Proven technical expertise in IT Security, Knowledge of Application Management and Maintenance; Knowledge of ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 22301:2012, Sharepoint knowledge would be a plus, proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Highly proficient in English, interpretation compliance baseline reports and drive remediation activity
