Senior Sales Manager

Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to join their business in Belgium.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for independently develop and manage and control the business performance with our Top customers.
- Main responsibilities include Order, revenue and profit targets, as well as a variety of sub-KPI’s that will support clients overall business goal (Co-marketing, channel development, CRM, strategic workshops, .... )
- Working closely with Key Account, this role is expected to strengthen the relation with key stakeholders ( in & outside the Key Account )
- Improve the in-account presence & awareness of Clients Products.
- Increase the share of Clients consumer products in the assigned account
- Manage and control the full sales channel of the assigned account
- Sales planning
- Translate Clients general Strategy & marketing approach into a customized Account strategy
- Full sell-out and portfolio planning
- Develop sell-out programs for the account
- Work with marketing department on development and implementation of channel activities, including incentive programs, training, ...
- Work closely with the GTM team for product development and preparing the commercial launch in the assigned account

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in marketing, business management or economics with minimum 7 years experience in Sales roles, Min 3 years experience in managing Strategic accounts
- Sales experience in Telecom or in Consumer electronics is a big Plus
- Experience in working with or for a Telecom operator is a big Plus
- Strong Sales and customer focus
- Ability work on different levels within the Customer's organisation
- Trilingual English/French/Dutch
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
- Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively.
- Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
- Priority setting & problem solving.
