We are looking for an
Operations Financial Controller (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Deal with monthly forecast and follow up of Operations headcount and expenses
- Partner with the legal entity controllers to ensure that accounting entries (mainly accruals and reversals at month-end) are accurate, timely and appropriately reconciled
- Manage operations hub cost allocations
- Produce monthly and weekly analysis/reporting for the operations and Finance Management
- Manage 3 year plan process
- Prepare presentations/ad hoc requests and analysis for Senior Management
- Track and analyze external vendor spend and invoices (contractor, software etc) for operations department
- Exposure and regular contacts with Asia, USA, Latin America
Your qualifications
- Prior experience in Finance, Accounting and General Ledger
- Fluency in English is necessary (C1)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point, knowledge of Hyperion Essbase a plus
- Strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify issues and trends and develop solutions and/or recommendations
- Flexible mind-set and be adaptable to changes in procedures, processes, systems, etc.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritize workload
