Sales Relationship Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Global Markets, FX, Foreign Exchange, Electronic Trading, eFX, Investment Banking, Financial Services.
A global Investment Bank are currently seeking multiple Sales Relationship Managers to join them on a rolling contract basis in London. The successful applicants will have previous Sales experience within an Investment Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrations of key electronic trading and multi-dealer platforms
* Introductions to electronic trading functionality for various assets and derivatives
* Cross sell other eFX products where appropriate
* Engage clients to better understand what products would enhance their execution experience
* Conduct a client survey to better understand e-FX trading trends in the institutional client space
* Map out all FX buying centres and users in the client organization
* Engage clients to better understand what content they want to receive in emails and/or see on the portfolio sales website
* Regularly follow up with clients to gauge their satisfaction and to ensure successful continuous log in and trading
* Promptly resolve and attend to client questions on electronic FX trading
Essential Requirements:
* Experience of working in a Sales function of a Global Investment Bank or Financial Services organisation
* Experience of working in a complex, global and pressurised environment with a high volume of work
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
