Group Finance Manager (Cost Control, Reporting, Accounting, Accountant)
CONTRACT - £500 PER DAY - 6 months INITIAL - HAMPSHIRE - APRIL/MAY START
Looking for a Qualified Accountant for this interim contract to act a senior member of the Group Finance team, lead the production of management accounts and drive associated reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will
- Lead the budget, forecast and LTP submissions for the Corporate area
- Support the director level budget cost centre owners and challenge where appropriate to ensure delivery of our targeted results, escalating areas of concern.
- Cover EBITDA, Capex and related balance sheet accounts
- Lead improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of BAU processes, policies and reporting.
- Ensure that the Group accounting policies are adhered to and efficient and effective financial controls are in operation
- Proactively drive the collation of the group consolidated results to the required timeline.
Qualifications:
- You must be a fully qualified Accountant to apply
- Strong accounting/finance background with grounding in financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate persuasively with senior members of staff working to achieve results in a collaborative manner.
- Proven track record of managing team to deliver efficient solutions and outputs
