SuccessFactors On-boarding Consultant
My Client is a Global Consulting firm partnering with major new SAP installations and system improvement program.
For a long term client in Sweden, my customer is searching for a SuccessFactors specialist for a new initiative project.
To be considered for this position you should possess the following skills and experience-
*SuccessFactors on-boarding capabilities including mobility
*A mobility mindset
*Process skills
*User experience
*Project management skills, drive, coordination etc.
*Great communicator
My Client needs help in structuring the On-boarding area as there are many different things ongoing and streamlining and E2E thinking is needed.
