We are currently recruiting for our client, a global ICT services and solutions provider for enterprise, for an Sales Manager (Retail Vertical) to join their business in Weybridge, UK.

Responsibilities:
- Manager of Business Development will be primarily responsible for identifying and obtaining new customers and for building strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
- Defining new market and growth strategies aligned with the overarching vision/mission of External Business (B2B)
- Developing robust business cases, and advocating, presenting and gaining senior level support for new business proposals with senior level executives both inside and outside of the company
- Identify potential partnering opportunities and prioritize based on alignment with product/service strategy and business, organizational, and technical fit
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals in an aggressive time frame
- Support partner education and training initiatives
- Develop and execute go to market strategies with strategic partners, focusing on aggressive marketing to build the sales funnel and co-selling into high priority opportunities
- Resolve partner pain points and implement performance improvement programs in a collaborative manner
- Work with product management to define product and service offerings that meet partner’s needs

Qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience in IT industry, preferably with IT services or software solutions business development
- Solution sales experience in retail vertical is strongly preferred, with strong capability to handle different solutions such as mobility, smart surveillance, and etc.
- Experience in structuring and negotiating complex deals with strategic partners and managing the relationships on-going is preferred
- Domain knowledge of retail vertical and understanding the ecosystem of ICT in retail vertical
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work comfortably in unstructured environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, and ability to drive decision-making across multiple functions and organizational areas
