Description
Harvey Nash is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst to join an American multinational technology company famed for its leading search engine along with a number of other products on a 12 month contract! (Tottenham Court Road station).
Main responsibilities:
* Execute on the Fund's operations with regards to contract - signing and follow-ups with applicants.
* Each funding offer that the team makes will require the signing of a contract and the follow-up on milestones (some payments will depend on milestones being achieved).
* Coordinate/submit sanction checks for each contract
* Upload contract terms into the necessary systems
* Submit payment requests to finance and liaise with applicants as needed
* Track the achievement of contract milestones
* Analyse audit reports and flag to the team any missed milestones or other issues
* Liaise with Finance and Project Team on the reporting requirements
* Prepare follow up reporting on current projects for the Council and other Stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience across the financial services sector
* In-depth understanding of fund processes and publishing industry
* Efficient with Google Sheets or Excel
* Ability to speak and write in English fluently
* Academic background in news/journalism ecosystem
