Description
I am looking for a SAP FI CO Project manager for a role based in Paris .
Please note that this role requires an English speaker - French is benificial.
Scope:
Create and maintain the detailed master schedule for the stream. Reports the different Programs the Project is involved: (including Sales and Marketing)
Ensures that all activities are in line with the different program milestones
Tracks activities against the plan and measures progress, reports delays and proposes new path to meet the timelines.
Works with central team leads to ensure that all critical activities (design, testing, data migration, cut-over) are properly planned and resourced from a local perspective
Identifies risks and propose countermeasures
Provides regular and accurate reports to IS management and client management as appropriate.
Ensures methodology is followed, establish project rules and procedures in close coordination with all parties (IS, supplier, business)
Acts as the central coordination point between the central program management team and the business and IS teams in the to be deployed location (local teams)
Realizes the as is business/system analysis
Leads SAP Workshop Design with Business & Project teams
Coordinates local activities related to FBT - participation in design, testing, data migration amongst others - and ensures these are executed according to master schedule defined for local business actors (mainly finance)
Realizes the SAP Configuration in case of connex applications (eg Banks)
Monitor the Build & testing phases with Third Part Integration team.
Assist business users in testing phase, and ensures adequate training
Establishes change management plan for the deployed entity and coordinates the actions
Required Skills:
Overall 8 to 12 years of experience in major ERP deployment projects, good SAP background/knowledge is required
Solid program and project management (planning, progress tracking, resource management, risk management, organization)
SAP R/3 FICO configuration and customizing, experience of full project life cycle
Experience with Interfaces - IDOCS
Solid understanding of finance, if possible in industrial environments (factory)
Good experience in managing change in complex and international contexts
Ability to manage development projects from inception to successful implementation.
Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management
Fluent in English.
Analytical and detailed oriented, but able to adapt communication to the audience (operational level, manager level and senior executives level)
