- Technical support for 4G/3G/2G NW
- Optimization of Value added 2G/3G/4G features.
- Management of Huawei's customer technical care.
- Will ensure proper technical support is provided for achievement and maintenance of target 3G/2G/4G NW KPIs.
- Will ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project and with several optimization teams.
- Will support his/her management in establishing priority in order to achieve best possible balance customer satisfaction versus project planning
Customer care
- Provide 3G/2G/4G optimization technical support to customer teams.
- Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Undertake the technical 3G/2G/4G optimization support to optimization teams.
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.
Communication
- Provide daily/weekly report to management team
Increase customer satisfaction and confidence by ensuring all issues identified are dealt with and provided a solution within the required timeframe
