Description
Service Owner required for a 7 month contract assignment, located in Southern Sweden. In the role of Service Owner you will be required to operate and take responsibility for our clients Saas solutions (ie Clarity, OnePlan, RedMine, Barium, Bizagi, Mega Hopex Blue Works etc).
The ideal candidate for the role should have:
-Expertise within end to end IT Service Management
-Strong ITIL process improvement experience.
-Experience working with SaaS solutions.
-Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
