Financial Analyst is required for a contract position in SHEFFIELD.

Essential Experience:
- Qualified accountant or financial analyst, or qualified by suitable experience
- This roles are based within CD's Estates Category, which has a unique opportunity to restructure DWP's physical infrastructure across England, and to create a new business model that incorporates a new approach to procuring and structuring these assets. Our intent is to replace the present fully serviced accommodation contract with an alternative contracting strategy.
- The Commercial team requires assistance in delivering a PLP project, by supporting management in creating financial models, cash flow forecasting and ensuring VAT compliance across complex property transactions
Experience Required
- Finance experience gained within a large corporate environment with a focus on modelling and cash flow analysis
- Property, Facilities Management or similar is well regarded (not essential)
- Attention to detail in reviewing data, documents, and producing summary reports on activities
- Advanced Excel skills (re Datamodelling)
- Confident to engage with stakeholders at all levels, organised and able to prioritise effectively
