Description
Responsibilities- Coordination between central, regional and global positions
- Directly manage regional project coordinators as well as Active Directory, Client Rollout, Client Standardization, Support, IT Tools, User Management, Infrastructure and Applications sub-projects
- Collaborate with Corporate Security
- Collaborate with CC AD to plan rollout of a new source domain infrastructure and services
- Control scope, schedule and costs
- Define global migration processes
- Develop client migration process prototypes
- Identify impacted area and develop custom solutions
- Control prerequisites activities to One Domain Project: i.e. CC AD/Client global requirements proposals
- Develop global checklists and documentations
- Develop project document templates for further regions
- Manage communications, change control, project reviews and project data
- Report to Steering Committee
- Regional activities
- Collaborate with regional teams:
- to plan Domain Migration test scenarios for IT environment
- to plan Domain Migration test scenarios for local applications
- to plan Pilot and final client domain migration plan
- to organize downtime schedules, application/server migration plan and User Acceptance Tests
- to monitor progresses per location/region
- to control scope, schedule and costs
- to assist in troubleshooting activities and consider dependencies on high-level
- Identify, collect new items and ensure their proper assignments
- Collaborate with central positions to plan Domain Migration test scenarios for global applications
Requirements
- Knowledge in Active Directory services and authentication methods
- Working experience with the migration tool (ADMT) and Inter/Intra forest migrations
- Knowledge in MS Clients and Server/Unix system
- Knowledge in Microsoft Infrastructure and services (file and print services, proxy, ...)
- Experience in international project management
- Fluent in German and English
