IT Stream Owner (SCUBA)
An IT Stream Owner (SCUBA) is required for an ASAP start with a Bluechip client based in Luxembourg. The IT Stream Owner (SCUBA) will have access to the latest technologies and a 6 to 12 month initial contract and renewals based on performance.
The IT Stream Owner (SCUBA) will:
- Be a key enabler of a strategic program that will transform the way the organisation works today
- Be accountable (jointly with business lead) for the delivery of a work stream across multiple releases
- Work in partnership with the business lead
- Provide leadership and guidance and help to remove any IT roadblocks
- Work with the business lead to define the stream priorities
- Participate with business to operating model discussion and design in strong collaboration with the BSAs
- Review and challenge requirements in strong collaboration with the BSAs
- Participate to solution design discussion in strong collaboration with the Solution Architect
- Review and challenge solution and design in strong collaboration with the Solution Architect
- Review and challenge estimates and plan in strong collaboration with the IT PM
- Work with the Migration lead on the migration strategy
- Review and challenge the key migration questions/issues in strong collaboration with the IT PM
- Support the IT PM to Identify, understand and manage dependencies within Scuba or with external programs
- Work with the release manager to define release content in strong collaboration with the IT PM
- Be the escalation point for IT topics related to the stream
- By helping in issues resolution and risks mitigation
- By being the key IT point of contact for the stream and participate to governance meeting
- By being the Proxy of the Scuba IT lead and actively communicate with him
- By enabling and reinforcing the collaboration within T&O department (BSAs, Solution Architect, TSAs, QA, IT PM, )
- Part time role (between 30-50 % depending on the phase of the program and the size of the stream)
- Act as the single IT 'go to' person for the work stream
This is NOT an IT PM role as there will be:
- No plan creation or tracking
- No estimates gathering
- No Budget tracking
- No resource plan management
- No release management
- Support to the IT PM
