Marketing Executive/London/2 Months Contract/250 GBP (Per Day)

The key purpose of the role will be to work closely with the Marketing Manager - UK to support mass market brand and marketing campaigns and to support the overall UK sales and marketing strategy (by also managing and owning targeted key accounts).

Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing the key account marketing plans - working closely with Key Account Manager and Sales Key Account Directors to ensure the effective delivery of marketing communications.

Responsible for the delivery of content through specific content channels in respect of paid, earned and owned media. Take current content assets and optimise these for client engagement on an ongoing basis and feed this through to client and audience development teams to inform marketing decisions.

Ensure maximum reach of content through above the line marketing packages and content partnerships - ensuring we continue to engage clients and increase viewing figures on an ongoing basis.

Ensure Salesforce is at the heart of all activity and that all marketing activities which are planned and executed are recorded in the correct manner.

Adopt the use of Marketing Automation and use it effectively and innovatively to generate quality leads to the sales team.

Ensure we achieve maximum engagement with key accounts through existing owned digital and online channels across all key sales channels in the UK.

Act as day-to-day liaison with media and creative agency account managers to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, are continually effective and are on budget on an ongoing basis.

Develop audience personas and monitor these on an ongoing basis to ensure they are relevant for the use of marketing decisions.

Develop innovative ideas and initiatives to drive brand and product engagement.

Representing marketing on working groups for UK Intermediary as required.

Ensuring campaigns are consistently executed across the marketing mix. This includes managing advertising rotations, copy instructions to the agency and liaising with external agencies and internal suppliers.

Responsible for the development of marketing briefs and campaign schedules, to ensure that all marketing material is produced to a high standard, on schedule and in line with the sales team requirements at all times.

Proofing copy and managing the sign off process following receipt of concepts from the creative agency.

Liaising with key internal specialist teams such as content, design, digital and compliance to ensure that all campaign deadlines are met on an ongoing basis.

Work with key stakeholders internally such as sales and corporate communications to ensure they are full briefed on campaign activity.

Work collaboratively with the regional Programme Management Teams to leverage activity.

Maintaining invoice control information for each campaign to monitor costs against budget.

Technical Skills, Knowledge, Systems Knowledge (and associated skill level)

  • Knowledge of Asset Management Industry preferable
  • Knowledge of UK client base preferable

Academic/Professional Qualifications (or equivalent qualifiers)

  • Educated to degree level or relevant job experience
  • IMC or preferably CFA qualified or CFA qualification underway
