Description
In the context of an organizational optimization, Nextlink is requiring a consultant in order to detect all the gaps within the organization and present a proposal of improvement.
Responsible for the proposal of a new organization scenario.
- Understand and map all current organization structure, end-to-end processes, policies, SLAs and finances.
- Define ideal scenario.
- Create powerful documentation to present this proposal to top management.
- Design and document the Service Level Management process, policies, rules and guidelines. Owner of all process related documents
Service Level Manager - Pharma - Operations management must haves:
- Solid knowledge and experience in operations management (15+ years)
- At least 5 years of experience IT implementation projects at the enterprise level.
- Quick capability of understanding the current organization, business needs and Head of Operations' vision.
- Service Manager Level experience
- Knowledge in Finance.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
