Your tasks:
- Design and manage global communication plans and activities
- Provide strategic vision for change management
- Development of training strategy and of the training itself
- Manage and facilitate workshops to ensure a strong understanding of change management principles
- Identify change management and user adoption related business issues/risks and recommend options and plans
- Implementation and adoption of CM guidelines and standards across multiple work streams within the project
- Design and manage global communication plans and activities
Your qualifications
- Profound hands-on experience in change management
- Experience in IT change management
- Certified in Change Management/Organizational Change Management
- Experience in training development
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to see the big picture, but at the same time do detailed work
- Great communication skills
